【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) LINC 3.0사업단은 지난 1월 23일부터 31일까지 일본 후쿠오카 의료복지대학에서 임상병리학과 재학생 16명을 대상으로 실습 프로그램을 진행했다고 11일 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 2024 동계 계절학기 ‘융합형 지역사회 연계 캡스톤디자인 RC+4’ 연계 프로그램으로, 학생들의 글로벌 역량 강화에 초점을 맞추었다.
후쿠오카 국제 의료복지대학에서 진행된 Contact 프로그램에서 학생들은 일본의 선진 진단검사 시스템을 경험하고, 실제 의료 현장에서 필요로 하는 지식과 기술을 습득했다. 또한, 일본 국제 의료복지대학 학생들과의 교류를 통해 글로벌 네트워크를 구축하는 성과도 거두었다.
이번 프로그램은 대구한의대학교 LINC 3.0 사업단의 Pre-Do-Post 단계별 교육체계를 활용하여 진행되었다. 학생들은 Pre 단계에서 2024-동계계절학기 ‘융합형 지역사회 연계 캡스톤디자인 RC+4’ 교과목을 진행하고 학습하며 일본 방문에 대한 준비를 마쳤다.
Do 단계인 Contact 프로그램에서는 일본 현지 프로그램을 통해 글로벌 역량을 강화했으며, Post 단계에서는 최종 성과공유회를 통해 프로그램 참여 결과를 발표하고 경험을 공유할 예정이다.
임상병리학과 장정현 교수는 “학생들이 일본의 진단검사의학 교육과정과 임상 실습을 직접 경험함으로써 국제적인 시각을 넓히고 실무 역량을 강화할 수 있었다”며, “향후에도 글로벌 의료 환경을 경험할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 운영할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
임상병리학과 양은주 교수는 “이번 프로그램을 통해 학생들이 일본의 진단검사의학 이론과 실습을 직접 경험하며 전문성을 키울 수 있는 계기가 되었다”며, “해외 의료 시스템을 배우고 적용할 수 있는 기회를 지속적으로 마련할 것”이라고 전했다.
Daegu Hanui University LINC 3.0 Project Group, Clinical Pathology Department Global Contact Program
Daegu Hanui University (President Byun Chang-hoon) LINC 3.0 Project Group announced on the 11th that it conducted a practical program for 16 clinical pathology students at Fukuoka University of Health and Welfare in Japan from January 23rd to 31st.
This program is a linked program of the 2024 Winter Semester ‘Fusion-type Community-linked Capstone Design RC+4’ and focuses on strengthening students’ global capabilities.
In the Contact program conducted at Fukuoka International University of Health and Welfare, students experienced Japan’s advanced diagnostic testing system and acquired knowledge and skills needed in actual medical settings. In addition, they achieved the result of building a global network through exchanges with students at Japan International University of Health and Welfare.
This program was conducted using the Pre-Do-Post step-by-step education system of Daegu Hanui University LINC 3.0 Project Group. Students completed preparations for their visit to Japan by completing and learning the course ‘Fusion Community Linkage Capstone Design RC+4’ in the 2024-Winter Semester in the Pre stage.
In the Do stage, the Contact program, they strengthened their global capabilities through local programs in Japan, and in the Post stage, they will present the results of their program participation and share their experiences through a final performance sharing session.
Professor Jang Jeong-hyeon of the Department of Clinical Pathology said, “Students were able to broaden their international perspectives and strengthen their practical capabilities by directly experiencing Japan’s diagnostic laboratory medicine curriculum and clinical practice,” and “We plan to operate various programs in the future where they can experience the global medical environment.”
Professor Yang Eun-ju of the Department of Clinical Pathology said, “This program provided an opportunity for students to directly experience Japan’s diagnostic laboratory medicine theory and practice and develop their expertise,” and “We will continue to provide opportunities to learn and apply overseas medical systems.”
