대전테크노파크(이하 대전TP)는 19일 오후 대전TP 어울림플라자에서 대전문화재단, 국방대 안전보장대학원, 육군대학, 해군대학과 함께 외국군 수탁 장교 가족을 초청한 문화행사를 성황리에 개최했다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 국방대 안전보장대학원, 육군대학, 해군대학의 외국군 수탁 장교와 그 가족, 지역 방산기업 임직원 등 130여 명을 초청하여 ‘대전형 K-방산, K-문화 교류의 장’으로 마련되었다. 대전TP는 이 행사를 통해 첨단 기술과 문화·예술의 융합을 선보였다.
행사에 앞서 대전TP는 대전문화재단, 국방대 안전보장대학원, 육군대학, 해군대학과 민·관·군 협력 기반의 문화예술 분야 육성을 위한 업무협약을 체결한 바 있다.
행사는 외국군 장교들을 대상으로 한 대전TP의 최첨단 고성능 장비 및 시설 견학과 아이들을 위한 전통문화예술 체험으로 구성되었다. 전통문화예술 체험에서는 대전무형문화재 이정오 단청장 보유자와 양인화 초고장 전승교육사가 함께 단청 무늬와 짚풀공예인 초고장을 활용해 달걀꾸러미를 만드는 활동을 진행하며 한국 전통문화에 대한 흥미를 유도했다.
이어 대전 출신의 세계적 플루티스트 최나경이 아름다운 선율과 곡에 대한 해설로 음악에 대한 이해도를 높였으며, 지역 예술팀 카바디나 콰르텟의 클래식 공연도 진행되었다.
또한, 외국군 장교와 가족들에게 대전을 홍보하기 위해 대전의 마스코트 꿈돌이와 꿈순이를 전달하고, 지역 기업들과의 소통 시간을 가졌다.
백춘희 대전문화재단 대표는 “오늘 자리는 K-문화와 K-방산을 알리는 홍보대사를 임명하는 자리와 같다”며, “앞으로도 외국군 장교들의 K-문화예술 활성화를 위해 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Next, world-renowned flutist Choi Na-kyung from Daejeon enhanced the understanding of music with beautiful melodies and commentary on the songs, and a classical performance by the local art team Kabadina Quartet was also held.
In addition, Daejeon’s mascots Kkumdoli and Kkumsooni were presented to promote Daejeon to foreign military officers and their families, and time for communication was held with local businesses.
Baek Chun-hee, the representative of Daejeon Cultural Foundation, said, “Today’s event is like appointing a public relations ambassador to promote K-culture and K-defense industry,” and added, “We will continue to work to vitalize K-culture and arts for foreign military officers.”
