【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시 달서구는 올해도 주거취약계층 이사비 지원사업을 계속해서 추진한다고 3일 밝혔다.
사업은 비주택 거주민의 이사를 도와 안정적인 주거 환경을 찾도록 지원하기 위해 기획됐다. 이사비는 최대 40만원까지 지원한다.
지원 대상자는 고시원, 여인숙, 반지하 등 비주택에서 공공임대주택으로 이주가 확정된 세대와 주택도시보증공사(HUG) 무이자 보증금 대출 심사를 통과해 민간주택으로 옮기는 가구다.
사업을 통해 달서구에서는 최근 2년간 76세대가 이주했다.
지원을 받으려면 주거지 이전 후 3개월 이내 전입 주소지 동행정복지센터에서 신청해야 한다. 서류 심사 및 자격 검증을 거쳐 신청일로부터 14일 내 지원 여부가 결정된다.
이태훈 달서구청장은 “어려운 환경에서 벗어나 새로운 보금자리를 마련하는 주민에게 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

The project was planned to help non-residents move and find a stable housing environment. Moving expenses will be supported up to 400,000 won.
Those eligible for support are households that have confirmed their move from non-residential housing such as goshiwon, inns, and semi-basements to public rental housing, and households that have passed the interest-free deposit loan screening of the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) and are moving to private housing.
Through the project, 76 households have moved in Dalseo-gu over the past two years.
To receive support, you must apply at the local administrative welfare center of your new address within 3 months of moving. After document screening and qualification verification, support will be decided within 14 days from the date of application.
Dalseo-gu Mayor Lee Tae-hoon said, “I hope this will provide practical help to residents who are escaping difficult environments and finding new homes.”
